How does it work?

Ideally, the text you need translating should be sent to info@aeiou-traductores.com in order to carry out a word count and evaluate its characteristics and complexity. Should you not have it available or not be able to send it for confidentiality reasons, please send us the following details:

The exact or approximate number of words

The language pair(s) of the translation.

The type of document (the subject, specialised or technical, format, graphs, charts, etc.)

We also need to know:

Your preferred delivery date.

Your contact details.

The next step will be to send you an email containing a formal quote in writing, clearly stating the rate applied, the total cost and the estimated delivery date.

If you have any doubts or queries regarding the quote submitted, please contact us to clarify or negotiate the terms of the quote. You can also call us on +34 652 61 50 74, Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm.

We believe that personalised attention helps to resolve any problems that may arise, and also builds trust and improves the quality of both the work and the end result.

If you agree with the quote, simply send us email confirmation and your billing details and we will take care of the rest. You will then receive your translation within the agreed timeframe.
